Every current U.S. screening, immunization, and preventive-medication recommendation we track for adults roughly 40 to 75, each graded and sourced to the USPSTF, CDC, or ACIP guideline that states it.

Methodology

Every row above is transcribed from the current, published recommendation itself: the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) for graded screenings and the preventive-medication recommendation, and the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for vaccination rows. USPSTF rows carry that recommendation's official letter grade, A through D, or I for insufficient evidence; ACIP rows do not carry a USPSTF grade, since that grading system does not apply to immunization schedules, so the Grade column shows the recommending authority instead. "Reviewed" is the date the cited guideline itself was last updated by its authority, not a VitalDecades editorial date. See our full methodology for how we select, verify, and re-check every source.
