Meet the Team

VitalDecades is published by Revlent and run by its founder. There is no staff of writers and no roster of contributors, so the site does not print one. Pages carry the collective byline of the VitalDecades editorial team, and the medical review page states plainly that no named clinician reviews the site yet. When one does, their name, license and review dates will appear on the pages they review and on the medical review page.

What stands in for a masthead is a process that can be checked. Every number is tied to the document that sets it, with that document's own date printed beside it. Every product or service we link to is checked against the FDA's warning letters before it appears, and the date of that check is public on how we pick. Drafts are prepared with software assistance and a human editor checks every figure and citation against the primary source before publication; the editorial standards and how we verify pages set out the rules in full.

Corrections come first. If a number, a date or a source on any page is wrong, send it through the contact page; corrections are handled before anything else, and the page is fixed rather than defended.
