Clinical oversight
Medical review
Clinical pages on this site are reviewed by the editorial team against primary sources. We do not yet have a named, credentialed clinical reviewer, and we say so rather than invent one.
What review means here today
Every clinical claim is tied to a guideline, label or peer-reviewed source whose title has been read against the claim. Reference ranges are printed as ledgers with a source per row. Reviews of services are checked against the FDA record. This is documentary review, and it is what we can honestly claim.
What changes when a clinician joins
Their name, credentials, licence state and review date appear in the byline of every page they review, their profile lists the pages, and schema markup identifies them as the reviewer. Until then, structured data on this site names the editorial team as an organisation, not a person.
Current members
We are actively recruiting our founding board. Board members will be listed here once confirmed.
Recruiting our founding board
We're recruiting our inaugural Medical Advisory Board. If you're a Black clinician, public health researcher, or healthcare advocate interested in helping shape this work, we want to hear from you.

If you are a licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD or RD) and would like to review pages in your area, write to us. Reviewers are credited by name and licence on the pages they review, with the review date, and are paid for their time, never on clicks or sales.
Email us at hello@vitaldecades.com with your name, credentials, and a brief statement of interest.
