What to know before you sign up
Zealthy's record is the reason to read this page. The legal entity behind getzealthy.com, FitRX, LLC, holds three FDA warning letters in nine months, one for each brand it runs. All three cite claims that the compounded drug is the active ingredient in Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound, which FDA said implied the product was FDA-approved or the same as an approved drug; the FitRx letter of February 2026 and the AM RX letter of June 2026 also cite pictured labels suggesting the company was the compounder when it was not. Separately, the 2024 amended federal complaint in the Cerebral case names Zealthy, Inc., Gronk, Inc. and Bruno Health, P.A., the medical group that still appears in Zealthy's Terms of Use today, as defendants, alleging misleading cost, subscription and cancellation practices; ftc.gov states no outcome for those defendants. FitRX, LLC itself is not named in that complaint.
The pricing page does not agree with itself. It prints two first-month prices against a standard membership of $135 a month: $39 on the plan card and in the weight-loss FAQ, matching the banner's "$96 off", and $49 in the pricing page's own cost answer, matching its "$86 off". The compounded prices are quarterly: $151 a month for semaglutide and $216 for tirzepatide assume a three-month supply, with the three vials arriving in one shipment. Bundled plans that fold the drug into the membership run $217 then $297 a month for semaglutide and $349 then $449 for tirzepatide.
Brand drugs go through insurance, and Zealthy says it will file a prior authorization up to three times. Medicare and Medicaid members are excluded from the program entirely, and which pharmacy ships the compounded product is not disclosed.

Has Zealthy received an FDA warning letter?
Yes. FDA wrote to FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy on September 9, 2025 over claims on getzealthy.com that compounded semaglutide is the same active ingredient as Wegovy and Ozempic, which the agency said implied the product was the same as an FDA-approved drug. The same LLC received two more letters, on February 20, 2026 for its FitRx site and June 8, 2026 for its AM RX site, over labels that suggested the company was the compounder when it was not, and over the same kind of active-ingredient claims.
How much does Zealthy cost per month?
The standard membership is $135 a month, with a first-month offer of $39 or $49, both printed on the pricing page ($96 or $86 off $135), on September 23, 2026. Compounded semaglutide is from $151 a month and tirzepatide from $216 a month when you buy a three-month supply; bundles that include the drug are $217 then $297 a month for semaglutide and $349 then $449 for tirzepatide. Brand drugs through insurance can be a $25 copay.
Does Zealthy take insurance?
For Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro, yes: its coordinators submit a prior authorization and will resubmit up to three times, and some members pay a $25 monthly copay. The membership fee is cash pay, the compounded drugs are cash pay, and the program is not open to people on Medicare or Medicaid.
Is Zealthy connected to the FTC's Cerebral case?
The May 31, 2024 first amended complaint in U.S. v. Cerebral, Inc. names Zealthy, Inc., Gronk, Inc. (the name Zealthy's Florida corporation took in January 2024) and Bruno Health, P.A. as defendants, alleging misleading cost, subscription, cancellation and data-use practices. Bruno Health, P.A. is the medical group named in getzealthy.com's Terms of Use on September 23, 2026. FitRX, LLC, the entity that operates the site today, is not a named defendant, and the FTC's case page reports only the Cerebral settlement.
