What to know before you sign up
Ivim's headline prices are per month but not paid per month. The GLP-1 ID page lists compounded semaglutide from $75 and tirzepatide from $133, then adds "+ $74.99/mo Program Fee" underneath, and the help center spells out the structure: compound programs require upfront payment, membership is required for the duration of the plan you pick, and the cancellation FAQ says that once a program starts, cancellation is not available. The homepage's "6 months" framing is the plan those lowest prices belong to, so the cheapest tirzepatide plan is six months of medication paid up front, $798 by our arithmetic ($133 x 6), plus the $74.99 monthly program fee, not $133.
Ivim will also file prior authorization for a brand drug. The help center says it participates with most commercial plans, lists the government and HMO plans it does not, and puts the share of its patients who end up covered at a little under 20 percent, with LillyDirect and NovoCare offered as the cash routes when a plan says no.
The compounding pharmacies are named on the safety page, six of them across Texas, Florida, Ohio and California, and the help center warns that your pharmacy may change with each order because of supply. The FDA's February 2026 warning letter was about labels on the website that showed "Ivim" as if Ivim were the compounder; the letter says Ivim was not the compounder and asked it to identify who was.

The FTC case library and a state-action search returned nothing for Ivim on September 23, 2026.
How much does Ivim cost?
A $74.99 monthly program fee after a free initial consultation, plus the medication: compounded semaglutide from $75 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $133 a month on September 23, 2026. Those lowest figures are the six-month plans, the help center says all compound programs are paid up front, and the site says cancellation is not available once a program has started. Plans run 1, 2, 4 or 6 months. The homepage advertises the membership's first month free; the GLP-1 ID page and the help center's pricing article do not, so confirm it at checkout.
Does Ivim take insurance?
For brand Wegovy, Zepbound or Saxenda, yes: members can have Ivim submit a prior authorization to most commercial or group plans, though not Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA or Kaiser. Ivim's own figure is that a little under 20 percent of patients qualify for coverage; the rest are pointed to LillyDirect, NovoCare or its compounded programs, which are cash pay.
Which states does Ivim serve?
Its help center says 49 states plus Washington, DC, with Mississippi the exception, in an article last updated January 7, 2025. Visits are by video or chat, and the live waiting room is not available in every state. Which of its six named compounding pharmacies fills an order depends on your location and can change from one order to the next.
