What to know before you sign up

Henry Meds sells one number. The page says GLP-1 medication "starts at $179/month" and that the figure "includes the cost of your provider visits, medication, supplies, and ongoing support", so there is no membership line to add and no pharmacy bill arriving separately. The trade is that everything behind that number is compounded: the weight menu is compounded semaglutide by injection, compounded oral semaglutide as a dissolving tablet or sublingual drops, and compounded oral tirzepatide tablets, with no brand product offered at all. The page states that these are made in "a 503(A) Compounding Pharmacy or 503(B) Outsourcing Facility" and does not say which one.

Two things follow from the all-in model. Insurance is not part of it in any form; the Terms say Henry Meds is self-pay only and does not participate in Medicare, Medicaid or insurance, so there is no benefit check and nothing to submit. And the cancellation FAQ says that on a multi-month plan you may be required to pay out the rest of the balance unless a provider determines you cannot continue for medical reasons, so the monthly figure is only monthly on the monthly plan.

Availability is by state and the list is not published. Whether you get a video visit or a records-only review also depends on your state, and California orders may take longer to arrive because of additional compound testing.

Everything it sells for weight is compounded, which is not FDA-approved.

From $179 a month on September 23, 2026, and that figure includes the provider visits, the medication, supplies, shipping and follow-up; there is no separate membership fee. The price rises with the plan and the dose, and Henry publishes no per-dose figures. On a multi-month plan you may have to pay out the remaining balance if you cancel for non-medical reasons.

Does Henry Meds sell brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound?
