What to know before you sign up
Found prices the membership and the compounded drug as one number, then sells the brand drugs on top. The headline "from $99/mo with insurance, $169/mo cash" is the 12-month prepaid rate per 28-day cycle; month to month it is $199 with insurance and $289 cash, and the compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is included at either price. What "with insurance" means here is specific: Found's own page says the insured track requires synchronous video visits billed to your plan at your copay, "typically around $30", while the cash track is text-based in most cases. So insurance at Found lowers the membership and adds a copay per visit; brand drugs are billed separately, and the plans page shows no brand price. Insurance plans are accepted in 41 states; the pricing page's list omits Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia.
The compounded product is prepared by "licensed 503A compounding pharmacies located in the United States" that Found does not name, and the medication pages state plainly that compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved and are not available in all states. The semaglutide is compounded with B12 and glycine, an addition no FDA label covers.
Prescribing is by contracted medical groups the terms list, including several Pippen Health and Cloud Health Medical Group entities; Found Health, Inc. itself "is not a healthcare provider". The $100 checkout offer is one redemption per account and applies to plans that include compounded semaglutide.
