What to know before you sign up

Telos Rx sells two compounded injections and prices them with a strikethrough: $299 crossed out to "as low as $99" for semaglutide, $399 to $139 for tirzepatide, and a countdown headed "Beat October price hikes now" running above the fold on the day we read it. The low figure is a multi-month plan rate, not the month-to-month price. The shipping and refunds page explains that 3-, 6- and 12-month plans earn the lower price "in exchange for committing to the full term", and that canceling early re-prices the months already received at the shortest plan that covers them, billed as a one-time adjustment. The landing page's "cancel anytime, no penalties" and that re-rating clause describe the same subscription.

Everything around the drug is $0: the online visit, shipping, dose changes and membership. The service is asynchronous, so a provider reads your intake and no visit is scheduled. If you are not approved you pay nothing; once a prescription reaches the pharmacy, nothing is refundable, shipped or not.

The operating company is Superior Health Solutions LLC and prescribing runs through Arora Health Group. The compounding pharmacy is not named, and the Terms say only that service is available in "certain states". An under-the-tongue form and a microdosed tirzepatide protocol are sold on separate pages, and the site menu lists a Zepbound pen without a price.

Can I get a refund from Telos Rx?

Only before a prescription exists. If a provider declines you and nothing has been sent to a pharmacy, the Terms promise a full refund. Once an order is transmitted to the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled and no refund is issued, whether or not it has shipped. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund a cycle already sent.

Is Telos Rx medication FDA approved?

Not the compounded products. The semaglutide and tirzepatide it sells are compounded by a US-licensed compounding pharmacy that the site does not name, and the page states that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
