Pallas Health publishes a clinical-disclosures page that names Brentmoor, Inc. as the operator, Lion MD as the medical group, two prescribers with NPI numbers, CareValidate as the clinical-operations platform, and four dispensing pharmacies with phone numbers: Belmar, Strive, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills. It also lists, state by state, where a video visit is required to start care: seven states plus Washington, D.C.; everywhere else the intake is asynchronous. Belmar Pharma Solutions received an FDA warning letter dated March 31, 2023, after an inspection of its Drug Depot (APS Pharmacy) facility in Palm Harbor, Florida; FDA files it as a compounding-pharmacy letter, and the company's response is posted. It is the pharmacy's record, not Pallas Health's.
The billing is the detail to hold onto. For plans bought on or after September 8, 2026, checkout saves your card and charges nothing until a clinician prescribes. The "$199/mo average" is a $597 charge every twelve weeks; the "$159/mo average" is an annual plan; and the compounded price stays the same at every dose. The brand-name tiles are listed at pharmacy cash-pay rates of $1,069 to $1,349 a month, far above the $149 to $499 a month that NovoCare and LillyDirect list as self-pay prices for the same products, read the same day, so the brand tiles are not where a cash payer saves money here.

Tirzepatide is $179 the first month, then $897 every 12 weeks ($299 a month average) or $259 a month on the annual plan. The price includes the clinician, dose changes and shipping, does not change with your dose, and is charged only once a clinician prescribes. Pallas does not bill insurance.
Do I need a video visit to start with Pallas?
Only in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia and Washington, D.C., where state rules require a live visit to establish care. In the other 43 states the intake is reviewed asynchronously with no video call.
